Living Circles™

The Behavior Change Engine of the LIGHT Method™

Living Circles™ are structured, peer-led cohort groups that reinforce human-capacity practices inside the workplace. They are the primary vehicle through which the LIGHT Method™ is practiced, internalized, and sustained over time.

Each Circle meets weekly for 60 minutes over a 24-week program. Sessions are intentionally screen-free. Participants discuss one LIGHT pillar, reflect on habits, commit to one practice for the week, and support each other in accountability.


Living Circles™ are designed the way lasting change actually works: through community, repetition, and incremental progress over time.

Why Circles Work

Traditional training programs deliver information in a single event and hope for behavior change. Living Circles™ take a fundamentally different approach. They create structured space for community reinforcement, habit change over time, identity transformation, shared accountability, and incremental progress. This model mirrors the most effective behavior change systems in the world: change happens in community, not in isolation.

Three Tiers

C-Suite LIGHT Council: Senior leaders explore how nervous system regulation, presence, and intentional focus shape organizational culture from the top. This tier ensures leadership alignment and modeling before the framework is deployed more broadly.

Manager Activation Cohorts: Middle managers are trained to facilitate Living Circles™ within their teams and to model healthy digital habits, attention protection, and grounded leadership. This tier bridges strategy and daily practice.

Employee LIGHT Circles: The flagship 24-week program for team members. Employees participate in weekly peer-led sessions that build awareness, strengthen connection, and develop sustainable practices aligned with the LIGHT pillars.

Program Structure

A typical organizational implementation follows a phased approach. Month one focuses on leadership introduction and manager training. Months two through six deploy Employee LIGHT Circles across the organization. Months seven through twelve introduce quarterly reset challenges and ongoing leadership advisory to sustain the culture shift.

What Participants Experience

Over the course of 24 weeks, Circle participants move through a guided journey that deepens their relationship with each LIGHT pillar. Sessions are designed to build on one another, creating a progressive arc from awareness to integration.

Participants consistently report stronger focus and clarity at work, greater awareness of how digital habits affect their energy and decision-making, improved ability to regulate stress and recover from high-demand periods, deeper trust and connection with colleagues, and a renewed sense of purpose and sustainability in how they approach their work.


Living Circles™ do not just teach concepts. They build practices that become part of how people work and lead every day.
