Lightful Living was founded by a senior executive operating at the intersection of finance, governance, and human performance. After years of leading teams through high-pressure environments while observing the growing toll of digital saturation on focus, judgment, and wellbeing, the founder recognized a critical gap: organizations were investing heavily in technology and efficiency but neglecting the human systems that make both possible.
Lightful Living was created to close that gap.
The Insight

Laura Polen is the Founder of Lightful Living and architect of the LIGHT Method™. A senior executive with deep experience in finance and corporate governance, Laura brings an operational lens to the human sustainability conversation that most wellness practitioners cannot. She speaks at leadership and HR events on the intersection of AI acceleration and human capacity, and partners with organizations to implement structured frameworks that protect focus, reduce burnout, and strengthen performance from the inside out.
